The picture I am using is the last photo. The shutter speed was 1/320. The ISO was 800 and the WB was set to auto. The action I captured was water falling into a tank. I was mostly straight on to the tank but, was a little bit below from the water being dropped into the tank. Some elements that strengthen the image was the bubbles in the tank from the stream of water. The colors also strengthen the image with the light blue of the water and the dark background. One image for a slow shutter speed is the second image of the second row. the shutter speed was 1/15. The ISO was 800 and the WB was set to auto. The part of the image that shows blur is the part with the circle pinwheel in front of the green one.I was straight on to the pinwheels when I shot the image. The blended color of the pinwheel strengthens the photo and adds more depth to the image.
Shutter Speed In Class 11/30/17
Painting With Light In Class 12/7/17
The photo that I'm describing is the last one. I had the shutter speed on 1/6. To create this image we were using the colorful lights and the white lights. to achieve this affect they walked up the stairs while I had the shutter open. The viewer might feel like the photo is cool and that the impact would be that light sources can make really interesting photos.
Painting With Light In Class 12/19/17
One of the photos that I like the best is the third one because I like how there is a swirl of light and also how close the light was to the camera. The shutter speed was 1/6. To create this image i used the orange triangle light an used the red setting for it. To create this affect the light was swirled in front of the camera while the shutter was on. The viewer might find the image cool to look at with all the lines that are in the red light.
The image with a shallow depth of field is the second one in the top row. The f-stop i used was f/9. The ISO was 3200 and the WB was on auto . A photo with a large depth of field was the last on in the second row. The f-stop was f/5.6. The ISO was 3200and the WB was on auto . The photo that I think is better is the second one in the top row. I think its the better photo because it is more interesting to look at. You would want to use a shallow depth of field because it makes the photo more interesting. In a situation when you want to photograph scenery you would want to use a large depth of field so you can get every piece of the scenery in the image.
